Yard Machines Lawn Tractor - No Brakes!!

Hi, I have a Yard Machines Lawn Tractor Model 13AG601H729 and I recently installed new belts and pulleys. After I put everything back together I went to give her a little test drive and found that I had no brakes!! Is there anything quick and easy that I should check? I appreciate the help.

There is a rod connected to an arm on the side of the tranny at the disk brake. Make sure this arm is moving when you push the brake pedal. Did it have brakes prior to all the work you did?

Yes, the brakes worked fine before. I will take a look for the rod that you mentioned. Thanks for the reply!
