MTD Hydrostatic problems here...

I have a MTD 18 hspwr Hydrostatic Mower with a 42" cut. I recently tried to replace the rear tires, when I tried to remove 1 of my wheels, the axle pulled out of the rear housing. I tried to replace all the parts, but now my mover is extremely slow! It won't speed up. I need Help please....

The model number you gave is in error. Is it actually 13AQ695G118?

If that is correct your transaxle is a Hydro-Gear 313-0650 (MTD part number 718-0255A). Below is the parts breakdown for the transaxle. Oddly, the differential parts are not shown. Most axles are secured to the differential with a retaining ring (common item). I will see if I can find out how it is secured and get back to you on a business day next week. Repair will require removal of the transaxle, opening transaxle and disassembly of the differential. This is not really that difficult. I sent you a PM.
