Outdoor Storage

Hi Forum,

I must begin storing my push lawn mower outside (year round). I can live with a little rust here and there but am wondering if there is anything special I should to do keep the blade from rusting (or anything else)?

Thanks,
Andy

Don't worry about rust on the blade, that will come off quickly enough when you start to cut. Cover it with a roof such as an elevated tarp to keep the rain off yet allow air to circulate. Draping a tarp over it invites condensation and corrosion.
