How do I remove B&S flywheel?

I have an old Dayton tiller with a B&S 5 hp engine. The numbers on the engine are 130202 0523 01 77091206. No spark to the plug and I suspect the points, but I can't see any way to get the flywheel off to get to the plugs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Install the BS394970 Magnetron kit and save yourself time and grief.

Using a flywheel puller is the proper procedure. A steering wheel puller available from most auto parts stores also works well. I don't recommend using or repairing points systems. I install electronic ignition to eliminate any future need for adjustments, problems, and inaccuracies.
