removing electric clutch on garden tractor

I have a Craftsman garden tractor with Kohler engine and I need to replace the electric clutch. How do I remove and replace this part? I do not have an impact wrench. Thanks.

Remove the bolt that goes through the center of it and pull it off. You'll need to unplug it and have the belt off of course. Without an impact could be a bit more difficult... you'll need to keep the engine from turning when you turn the head of the bolt.
