Stihl fs 46 full throttle issue

I am working on my Stihl Fs 46 trying to fix an issue.. Anytime I go to full throttle it shuts off.. But if I go full with full choke it will run. Now I have taken carb off and all looks to be excellent! The throttle cable looks good and I am stumped on what to do to correct this problem. Does anyone have any idea?

Thank you

You took the carb off and all looks excellent.... does that mean you took the carb apart and looked at the internals? Sounds to me like the insides need to be cleaned (spray carb cleaner through all passages).

Check the exhaust port

I have a Stihl FS55. It had a similar problem that was solved by cleaning the exhaust port. Remove the exhaust port with a socket. Use a blow torch or wire brush to clean the screen on the exhaust port. Mine runs perfectly after this simple fix.
