Tcumseh OHV175 no fuel?

I have a Murray rider powered by a Tcumseh OHV175 that barly starts and runs with a full choke. When I back off the choke it dies.It was running fine and just suddenly died.I have good fuel supply into the bowl of the carb (all new lines and filter). It is very hard to start as if starving for fuel.It does have an electronic switch on the front of the carb body that gets warm to the touch(dont know if thats normal). The model of the engine is OHV175 204807B.The engine family # is YTPXS 4902AA.Any help would be appreciated as I just spent $125 on new tires for it!! Figures huh?!!

You'll probably want to disassemble the carb and clean it out.
