Help with Honda HRS21 Mower

The gas shut off valve on this mower has a slow leak. The shut off valve is attached to the carb. It appears that it can be removed however I do not have a tool to remove the two screws. Does anyone know what kind of heads are on the screws that hold the shut off valve to the carb and if in fact it can be removed. -- thanks

If it leaks as in doesn't turn all the way off and you can't remove it, an option is to add another one in the gas line. I did that on a troybilt.
