Craftsman Mini-Tiller idle issues

Hi All,
I have 2 cycle Craftsman Mini Tiller 316.292561.

It turns on fine when the EZ is push, but when I increase throttle the EZ switch kicks back and I loose power without any load at all. (Like it is choking)

I cleaned air filter and checked gas lines, all is fine.

Also and noticed that when I put my thumb on the air entry hole on the carburetor to block some of the air it work great.

I have not noticed any screws for air/gas mix adjustment on the carburetor.

Any ideas on how to approach this issue.

Thanks.

Sounds like you need to clean the carburetor.

I'm thinking that if you pull the carb apart & clean all the passages with compressed air,,,Install a carb kit & adjust it,,,

You should be fine
