Honda HT3813 Riding mower wont start.

I have a Honda HT3813 Riding Lawn Mower, and it will not start. I am trying to sell it, and it's hard to sell when it does not start. I hooked it up to my vehicle, tried jumping it, nothing. I figured it should at least click if it is getting any kind of juice, but its not. Also, the lights should turn on. I don't know what the problem could be. Any one have any solution?

I appologize if this is in the wrong section.

Eric,

Since it does nothing, You could start by checking the main 20amp fuse then move to the fuse box checking those as well.

Hopefully that's all it is;

Good Luck

Thanks. I looked for this 20amp fuse, and I couldn't find it for the life of me. Where would it be located?

You should be able to follow your positive battery cable right to it......

So you know, it doesn't look like your typical fuse. It's a little black box with a strip of metal in it that is the fuse. Seems like it's 1 1/2" long or so if I remember right. I have a couple engines from those old mowers. I had 3 of them at various times, and they are sure nice, smooth, quiet mowers. Just expensive to buy parts for....if you can find them.
