Honda HT 3810
Hi everybody,
Last year I bought a Honda HT-3810 with the intention of fixing it . The mower ran fine it had issues with the deck and hence was parked, unfourtunately I did not really pay any attention to it and it was standing in the open with out any protection. Finally this year when I try to start it there is just a clicking noise without the engine turning over. I checked the plugs and even tried to jump start it but it won't crank. When I repeat the procedure by connecting a wire directly from the battery to the starter it tries to crank but will just try and then quit.
what can be done to get it running again?

Often times, the belt gets stuck to the engine pulley, keeping the engine from turning. Check and see.
