Homelite Trimmer Gas Leak

Good Evening-

My homelite trimmer runs like a champ after 11 years of use. Tonight I discovered a significant gas leak while trimming. When the trimmer runs gas is leaking where the gas line exits the fuel tank.

Is there a quick fix or do I need to replace? If I need to replace do I need to replace the entire tank / gas line assembly or can I just replace the line?

Any comments or advice is greatly appreciated!

The line is probably hard and slightly shrunken by now. You can probably just replace the line and solve the problem.
