I've replaced the carb, spark plug, ignition module (with a known working one) and air filter but cannot get it to start. It does not turn over at all.

Thanks in advance.

Is it sparking? Does it have compression? Could be a toasted engine. Pull the muffler off and look at the piston and cylinder through the exhaust port.

If you know for sure the module is good = good blue spark, take out the plug, turn it over a dozen times with no fuel in the tank, full throttle and no choke. Then drop about a teaspoon of fuel in the plug hole and see if it will fire with half throttle, no choke.

If you get nothing, pull off the muffler and look inside the cylinder for scoring. If there is scoring on the piston or cylinder the problem is likely lack of compression = new cylinder/piston rings. If that is the case you'll have to love that thing to pay to fix it.

Sorry Cheese, I was writing the same time you were.
