Toro Z150 ZTR Shut Down, Won't Crank

Was mowing and went to get off, pushed in PTO switch
and engine died and won't engage starter. I suspect it's the
PTO safety switch or the steering/drive arm safety switch.
If I jiggle the key in the on position I can here it activating
what I suspect are some kind of relays. I could replace the
ignition switch and PTO switch, but was curious if anyone knew
if the PTO safety switch is built into the PTO switch? Or if this
sounds like something else.

I do not suggest replacing any part unless you can test it and confirm it is defective.

With the model and serial number you can find a service manual at the Toro link below. The service manual is very thorough. Get the parts manual to help locate part location, etc. You will need a multimeter and possess basic trouble shooting skills. Possibly a safety switch or relay may be the culprit.
