Pressure testing is accomplished by installing a glycerin-filled pressure gauge between the pump outlet and the high-pressure hose.

Prior to testing pump pressure output, you must verify water flow input. This is correctly accomplished using a flow meter (rotameter).

If you have a problem we can assist with, post the model, serial number, etc. of the unit and pump. Not all DeVibliss pressure washers use DeVibliss pumps.
