Fuel leaking

I have a craftsman snow blower model # 247.884220 with a tecumseh carberator and fuel is coming out of the bleed tube at the side of the carberator alot during running. I replaced the float, needle and seat seal and it still is doing it. Is there a certain depth the seat seal has to be in the carberator?

The seat has to be pushed all the way down to the bottom using a punch. Also, make sure your float level is correct.
