Replacing blades in a John Deere TRS21

I have a TRS 21 that needs the rubber blades replaced which I just received this morning. How do you go about get the auger out which apparently needs to be done to take the old blades off and new ones on.
All the information that I have is a TRS21 Snowthrower (serial No, 100,001....)

Thanks and Happy New Year!
Dennis

From looking at the parts break down, it looks fairly easy. Remove the belt gard. Remove the belt, then the belt pulley. Then remove the 2 bolts on each side that hold the auger in place.

Thanks for the info! Then should the rivets be drilled out to get the old blade off?
