Chain is loose and comes off. Anyone know if there is a tensioner on this machine and/or how to adjust the chain?

Thanks

Sounds like your problem might be the axle bushings need replacing. When axle bushings get worn, it allows the axle to move. When the axle moves,(back & forth or up & down) the chain gets loose and can come off.
Also, the chain could be worn and need replacing.
Most people never oil the chains, which causes accelerated wear.

I'd start with Indys suggestion first,,, I get a lot of blowers in every year & 9 out of 10 times the axle bushings are worn but the chain can also cause you grief... I'm afraid you'll have to take it apart to verify if the chain or bushings are worn... Can't tell from here so you'll have to do a bit of exploritory surgery... Sorry..... Roger
