Question Cub cadet walk mower/wheel

i just got a used cub self propelled-walk behind mower.
mod # 12A-98mc010
it has only one height adjuster for the rear wheels,it is on the left rear wheel.
the front wheels have casters & a bolt for adjustment.
when you push down on the handle-to raise the front wheels, the right rear wheel acts as if it has no support, just sorta folds up toward the top.
any one know if this is normal?
or does it need an adjuster on the right wheel?
any help would be apretiated!!

There is an adjustment on the right wheel. It is just not the same as the left. The left has a lever to adjust. The right has a nut & bolt that you need to loosen & tighten. Sounds like the previous owner forgot to tighten it.
