4 cycle weedeater motor trouble

troybuilt cultivator/edger model#21AT144R966 with walbro (wyl196 carb)
4 cycle troybuilt motor ,idles great,press the throttle and it picks up RPM, if you go past half throttle it stalls,when you let thottle go it idles back,and repeat.
what is the setting for needle valve for 4 cycle weedeater,is it differ than 2 cycle ?

Sounds like you need to clean the carb. If you have one mixture screw, it is usually best set around 1 1/2 full turns out from lightly seated.

this carb doesnt have a mixture screw
