Replacing Briggs 253707 with 21B907-0029

I need to replace the engine on a JD 111. I've been going back and forth on a used engine (1998 model) I found because its 1/2 the price of new. Do the new engines have the same bolt pattern as the old engines. Are there any other compatibility issues I need to be concerned with? Old engine: Briggs 11hp (253707) New engine 13.5hp (1B907-0029)

As long as the crank/output shaft is the same diameter to accept your pulley's, you should be golden.
