Poulan chainsaw will not start
My Poulan chainsaw will not start, not even a pop. It has spark, it's getting fuel but it's not flooded. Took carb out and cleaned it. Tryed starting fluid and even with that not even a pop. Gas and oil mixture is perfect. Air filter is clean and it has good compresion. It was running fine then all of the sudden it stalled and would not start back up. Didn't run out of gas or anything it was at an idle then stalled and wouldn't start again. If you have any ideas as what the problem could be please let me know.
Thanks,

You don't say what model Poulan it is.. If it's one of the big box store specials, pull the muffler off & look & the cylinder & piston while turning it over slow,,, Any scoring on the piston or cylinder tells you it's time to go back to the big box store for another... Good Luck... Roger

Took the muffler off checked the piston and cylinder both are good. Any ideas? Maybe timing is off I'm not sure?
