Blower Lacking Power

I have a Echo blower, model PB-230LN. It will only run at half to 2/3 speed at full throttle. Also when I took off the air filter, it was wet on the lower portion with unspent fuel. So far I have checked the spark resistor screen and it is clean, and replaced the plug and air filter.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be the problem and tips for the DIY fix?

Thanks for the help.

If your carb has mixture adjustments it could be as simple as that. If not and or, it could need the diaphragms replaced, and carb cleaned.

Thanks, I will check it out. I was hoping not to have to tear into the carb since it doesn't have any adjustments.
