So it did it just the one time and is running fine now? If you went down a steep enough hill, the oil level could have come into contact with the piston and cylinder, which would cause it to burn oil and smoke.

Even though it wasn't overfilled, when you put it on a steep grade, the oil level sloshes over into areas it normally doesn't come into contact with. If the problem only arises when you mow that grade, and it doesn't do it any other time, then I would say the engine is fine and it is normal. I also suggest no running it at much of an angle or the oil slinger (assuming it doesn't have an oil pump & filter) can't reach the oil to sling it around the engine internals to lubricate it.

that what is funny when i cut the hill i put the oil slinger whitch is on the left side down so the oil runs to the slinger not a way. yesturday i mowed the hill again and remove the breather hose (pcv hose) from the carb and it do not smoke i put it back on for my 2nd pass and it did smoke.

Well, without knowing how steep of a hill it is, I'd still say it's normal if it only does it when you're on the hill.
