Bad gas Toro 6,5 hp walk behind mower

Howdy. have a Toro push behind self propelled 6.5 horsepower lawnmower that got some bad gas. Now it is runniung rough. Would MMO help with this and how much should I put in? I do have a bottle of fuel injector cleaner but I highly doubt that a lawnmower would have a 21 gallon gas tank. If there are any other ideas to clean this out, it would be appreciated. Have a good one!!

Drain all the gas from the tank & carb. Then add some Seafoam. Bad gas as in water in the gas or just stale gas?
