I have a weed wacker model # 358.797150, 17", 32cc, auto feed, auto clutch. I can not get it to idle. Can any body tell me
what I might try? Thanx for your time and efforts ... PEACE Larry

First make sure your fuel, spark plug, air filter, and exhaust are clean and in decent shape. Any of those can cause a problem.
If good there see if the carburetor has the two adjusting screws (high/low) for mixture and the throttle stop screw for the idle speed. If you find those, turn the idle speed (throttle stop) up until you get an idle - which will likely be pretty fast. Then adjust the L screw until you get max rpms, then out about a 1/16 of a turn to slow it down. That will give you a slightly richer mixture.
Now go back to the idle speed at the throttle stop and adjust it down to where it used to idle normally. Hopefully you'll be on the road to wacking.
If not, the carb will need taken apart and cleaned, and the intake gaskets and crank seals checked for leakage.
