Governor for B&S 120000 series engine

I recently inherited a Craftsman lawnmower with a 190 cc, 6.5 HP 120000 series B&S vertical shaft engine completely apart. I have reassembled most of the internals, but I have some questions concerning re-installation of the internal governor assembly, which drives off the cam gear. My questions are: (1) does the conical gear on the governor assembly need to be aligned with any specific mark on the camshaft gear; and (2) does the governor assembly need to slot into a specific position on the crankcase cover. Any advice for reinstalling this governor assembly will be appreciated. Thanks.

There is no timing of the governor gear, just put it in place and make sure the governor actuator is contacting the lever and assemble the engine crankcase cover.
