Honda Harmony Lawn Mower HRM, no power
I bought this new 10 years ago and it has always ran perfectly, until now, it starts with the first pull and it runs fine at half throttle, but it wont throttle up, it seems like a governor problem, i took pics and see this one wire just hanging there by the governer lever, does anyone know if this is supposed to be hooked up to something? If i pull the governor lever by hand it will idle up to full power. The pictures show the area that I am referring to, thanks
