Husky Gas pressure washer

Any way to "unload" pressure in the lines. Wand is clogged and the whole system is charged 3,000 lbs.

Sure....just crack the connection at the washer with pliers or a wrench..very slowly. High pressure..but the volume will be very little.

Is the wand clogged? or is it the tip? I'd remove the tip and then pull the trigger...... or have you already tried that and verified it is the wand?
