Need Help With TroyBilt weedeater

Hello, I know nothing about weedeaters! I bought a Troybilt model tb415cs 4 stroke weedeater about 2 years ago. I've only used it probably 5-6 times. I was using it the other day and the head just quit moving, but the engine was still running. The head seems to be not engaging? Is their like a flexible drive shaft that goes through the handle that drives the head? Like I said, I know nothing about these! I called the local dealer and he is 2-3 weeks behind. Any ideas? Thanks as always! Jack

Sometimes the shaft slips out of the engine enough that the flex cable becomes disengaged from the drive. Try twisting and shoving the shaft back towards the engine and see if it turns again. If not, it may be a broken flex cable.
