Tecumseh Carb Problem LAV35

Hi Folks:
Need some carb help. Tecumseh LAV35.
Starts easy but can't get engine above idle. Cleaned the carb as well as I could. I don't mind buying a new carb if the price isn't "crazy". ImageShack Album - 2 images
I certainly appreciate any help.
Thanks

Are the holes in the bolt that holds the bowl on cleaned out?

The larger hole that goes through the bolt was clean. There is a verrry small hole that only goes through one side of the bolt that was plugged. Cleaned that hole but engine ran exactly the same. Opened the bottom adjustment about two turns. Needle and seat seem clean as does the adjustment screw on the bottom.
I have access to the real strong acid carb cleaner 'bath' but concerned about any rubber parts. Appreciate any comments.
Thanks, Don
