Craftsman 25cc blower crank problems

I have a craftsman 25cc gas blower model 358794760
4 months old. Cant get it to crank. New gas, new spark plug with no luck. What can i do?

If it is only 4 mo old take it back and get a replacement. Have a good one. Geo

Craftsman 25CC Leaf Blowers or Trimmers

The 25 cc motors use by Craftsman and Polun have a tendency to have the two Cylinder head bolts loosen after usage, even just with a few hours..My motor would not start, and after checking spark and carb, still was not getting fuel mixture into cylinder..I noticed the upper part of engine was becoming loose..Disassembled and found both heads bolts loose, cleaned and applied Locktite to each bolt tightened them and runs great now..Hope this helps...AL
