Toro ccr 2450 Snowblower engine gallops

Hi everyone,

My engine revs, then cuts, then revs etc... If it is under a load it is fine. I just put a new carb on it, new plug in it, and new gas. No change.

If I don't figure this out I may have to move to Texas, and nobody wants that. Esspecially Texas.

Move to Iowa, we'll take anyone who pays taxes.

Did you try any of the adjustments on the mixture screws? Are your governor linkages tight?

My CCR2000 does the same thing to some degree. Since it runs well under load, I would leave it alone.
