Question Who Makes The Best Snowblower??

I'm in the market for a new machine. Who in their best opinion feels the best Snowblower is??
Husqvarna
Craftsman
Airens
Poulin
Honda
John Deere

I just want some input before I make the purchase-thanks.

I think they are all the same except for what motor you get. I have a craftsman with a briggs motor. Parts are easy to get at sears centers.

Other brands I would guess parts are harder to find and that would be the downfall.

Depends on which dealers you have in your area for parts and service. If I was shopping today? I'd be looking at Ariens, Toro, Simplicity, and Honda
(if I could afford a Honda)

Toro has the stronger gear box on the auger. After that Airens is the next best. Then you get into the brands made for everyone and their brother by MTD and American Yard Products (AYP). These include the Craftsman and Husquvarna made by AYP. Honda is expensive both in orginal cost and replacement parts. Over the years, Toro and Airens were the leaders and least expensive to repair.

Based on the configuration of the exhaust ports, your ONLY looking at a small block chevy. But on the flip side parts are even easier!

The small block

The blower appears to be a single stage, imagine a two stage, and a deeper snow pile. He could blow snow into nhe next town.

Well to get back to the question originally asked ...

How about either a Simplicity or a Snapper?

Based on the looks from their respective web sites, they appear to be made by the same manufacturer. Whoever that might be???

These are the best....

YouTube - World's largest snow blower HD

But really the foreign stuff is good but expensive. Honda....ect. In the US I think it comes down to the motors. All the other stuff is the same. Briggs motor or Tecumseh????? I am a Briggs guy. I know they maybe outsourced but with the briggs there are service areas and parts readly available. Honda is like owning a Kia. Wait for the parts ect....

My 2nd two cents...
