The drive belt has come off the transmission pulley. How do i get to it to replace it?

If the belt is good and just popped off, then you may be able to remove the plastic cover on the bottom of the mower to gain access enough to get it worked back on. If the belt is bad, I seem to recall this one being a bit of a job for a little belt, and I think the blade clutch has to come off to change it.
