Tires won't hold air, can I put in tubes

The tires won't hold hair in my riding lawn mower anymore. They have good tread but have dry rotted because the previous owner left it outside.

Can I just buy tubes to put in the tires instead of having to buy all new tires. I hope so because it seems it would be much cheaper.
