Honda Self Propel mower doesn't move
I have a Honda harmony II Model HRT216TDA self propel mower that does't move when the drive clutch is engaged.
What could be the problem and looking to fix?

Check to be sure the belt is on and the cable is engaging at the other end when you engage it.
