im having problems repairing my lawn mower i had changed the flywheel key and cleaned carb, air filter and i had got it started i check the oil because i noticed oil leaked out of oil tub it was low i think i might of put to much so i clean it up and dumped out alot of the oil but its not starting any more not sure what happened any ideas ???

oh yea when i pull the start cord i hear a double click under the mower not sure what that is and i feel air coming out of muffler and i seen some smoke briefly com out of aif filter

Did you have it tipped over? If so, the carb may be flooded and the air filter might be soaked.
