Craftsman 6.75 Lawn mower won't start

I just bought this used craftsman lawn mower. it has spark and wont start!!!
I replace new spark plug, clean carb, new oil, fresh gas and still won't start.
I don't hear any crank at all, pull the rope and it spin. try spray a little carb cleaner into the air intake and still not starting.

please help!!

Does it have compression?

if u talking about the little thing inside the spark plug chamber, then yes....i have a feeling its a fuel line but i don't know how to fix that. oh will, taking it to the shop

Craftsman Air Compressor Pressure Issue

I have a craftsman oiless air compressor. All tools that I attach have low pressure to start. After I hold the attachment wide open for about 10 seconds, it will eventually break loose and the air flows normally. Once I let off the attachment and try to use again, it does the same thing. It seems like it could be a valve or something. Example: I have an attachment for pumping tires that has a handle. I have my compressor set at 80 psi but when I initially hold the handle it is only blowing maybe 5 psi. After holding the handle for about 10 seconds, it "breaks loose" and the air flows freely at 80 psi. I need to have the compressor set at 65 psi or more or it will not even "break loose". Hi: My wheelhorse does nothing when I shift out of neutral. Forward or reverse - nothing. I know nothing about mowers and assume I will need a pro to fix this. Since I am assuming it is the clutch (I've been able to follow the "arm" back to the box like assembly under the seat ad it moves okay), my question is will this be such a costly fix that I am better off just looking for another used machine?
