Power Max Engine Parts

I recently purchased an old Columbia Par Car golf cart that has been re-powered with a Chinese Power Max 190F 16HP engine. The engine doesn't have an air cleaner so I need to get one. The two threaded studs that extend from the carb housing are there along with the 2 nuts that will hold the air cleaner housing / element in place. Any advice on where I can get parts for this will be greatly appreciated! I may end up having to get creative & make something work....
I didn't see any serial #'s on the engine but I haven't inspected it 100%. Any thoughts on where I might find those...

I have read in some threads that these are replicas of Honda engines, so I suppose there's a chance that I could get a Honda equivalent part & that it might bolt up.....
Again, any input is appreciated!
