Help with Tecumseh HM100 carb

I just cleaned and put a carb kit in a Tecumseh 632370 and have a problem with needle and seat. With the bowl off I get the gas flowing fine, but as soon as I install the bowl I get no gas. I put in a new seat and pushed it all the way down. After having the "no gas" problem I tried bending the tab that holds the wire for the needle all the way down and still the same problem. What is the best way to get the seat back out to see if it is in correctly. Anybody have any other solutions on what to do?

You did remove the old seat??? Correct?? I just blow compressed air into the fuel inlet to remove the seat, but they usually dissapear into never-find-it -land.. Try to blow it into a bucket to trap it & make sure you only have one in there & adjust the float horizontal with the body of the carb... Roger
