toro wheel horse riding mower....please help

hello i have a tore wheel horse model no. 72042 42 inch cut ,, its been running fine .but today i went to start in and it did nothing,,i jumped the siloniod to get it started and that worked,, i put it in gear and pull off,,,when i turn on the blades the mower loses power and dies,, i checked the blades and the belts all them are moving freely,,nothing seems bound up,,i seems like a power issue,,please help,,thanks

I assume you have an electric PTO to run the blades, right? If so, and you don't have sufficient power to the system, it will die as it robs the current needed to hold open the fuel solenoid on the carb. Check the smaller red wire at the solenoid for breaks and a fuse holder. The fuse may be blown.
