Craftsman oiless air compressor - Won't build pressure.

I have a Craftsman compressor Model # 919-15292 2. The compressor stopped building pressure because air was continually being released through the unloader valve. I have replaced the unloader valve, pressure switch, check valve, piston rings, cylinder and reed valves but, the air continues to be released through the unloader while the motor is running. Help.

Which part on the breakdown are you calling the unloader?

I'm guessing he means the pressure safety relief valve, but I can't make one out in the diagram. If so it seems like there would be a blockage between there and the tank. Don't know that I've ever heard of something like that before.

Measure it with a micrometer; cut it with an ax.

Heres the answer to all you with a craftsman air compressor that won't build pressure...
It's the automatic turnon pin valve at the of the air line rail. Take it off, blow on it and if the pin won't push forward and seal, it's the valve.
