20HP Intek Brigs and Stratton V-Twin Discontinued Connecting Rod

I bought this trimmer used, we fired it up and it ran but bogged on full throttle, I figured no problem...i'll just clean it up and adjust. I removed the fuel lines and pulled the carb, I sprayed some carb cleaner in the jets and reassembled but this time no start. The motor gets air and spark, with fuel put in carb throat it starts. What I did was I pulled the covers from the carb..yes, I caught the spring :), I pulled the jet and cleaned the seat and sprayed cleaner in the passages but I didn't remove the welsh plugs since I don't have a rebuild kit. When I lift the needle it will flow fuel, however the metering lever doesn't seem to lift the needle enough and there doesn't appear to be sufficient travel in the arm to lift, could it be bent...if so how? I can blow into the inlet and lightly press on the arm and get flow..but just barely, prob not enough for the motor to even run...not sure. Can these arms be adjusted? Do these arms come in the rebuild kit. The carb was fairly clean to begin with, I figured there was a small piece of something in the carb but would not even pop after I sprayed it, and this was before I pulled the carb apart. What do you think?

My 3011 broke the blade drive belt. I have the replacement belt . Does anyone have a diagram of how the belt routes through the pulleys on the deck? This is the Honda 3011 NOT the 3011H, with a single blade. Thanks
