B&S 11hp flywheel wont turn by electric starter
Installed new e-starter on my '87 Craftsman riding mower but the flywheel on the engine wont move. Any advice?

No, but I can't access to much of the flywheel - basically the area where the starter is mounted. Should it be relatively easy to turn or should I try and access more of the flywhee? Thanks for your help.

Well, normally you can turn the flywheel with one hand, placing your palm on the screen on top of the engine and turning it.
