interchangable parts?
Does anyone know if any of the top brand string trimmers have attachment parts that are interchangable with other brands? For example, will a Troy Built edger attachment work with a Toro? Thanks, D

You might see some interchangeability within each corporate family. Example: MTD makes Troy-Bilt, Cub Cadet, Bolens, Yardman, etc and there will be interchangeability within similar models, Husgvarna. Poulan, Jonsered, are from the same company. But hoping that a spool from Toro will fit a Sthil is probably not gonna work
