1992 briggs & stratten 11 hp has fuel to carb but does not run
I started the mower up ,it ran for 10 seconds and stoped. The fuel is getting to carb but is not getting into the float bowl. I changed the fuel line and filter, cleaned out float bowl and needle and seat, still nothing . is there a fuel pump on this engine,or gravety fead. or a filter on the side of the carborator.

We need more info. I don't know if this is a horizontal shaft or vertical shaft, and don't know what kind of 11 hp it is (flathead, ohv).
