2-storke blower will not start

my craftsman 2-storke blower will not start
replaced spark plug
fresh gas/oil mix
clean filter
clean visual inspection

help please

First check the fuel lines, they may have rotted and broken off in the tank, second, try to wiggle the muffler, if it moves the bolts that hold the cylinder in place have come loose and you have an air leak, replace the fuel lines, tighten the bolts and you will be good to go. Have a good one. Geo

One of my helpers gave me a Craftsman blower that wouldn't start and bought a new one. I took it in the shop, pulled the cord once, determined the head bolts were loose, tightened them down and started blowing leaves, while his jaw dropped. So check those head bolts. You'll have to take the front cowling off, I believe.
