Problems starting a Briggs and Stratton after 3 years

So you guys have to deal with low quality fuel these days too, huh? Do you have ethanol in your fuel?

10% is the standard here now and from my understanding, they are discussing increasing the ethanol content to 15% soon. I've seen lots of ethanol related problems lately and it looks like it will only get worse. Funny, we are supposed to have such good technology and we should be making huge improvements in fuels, however, we only get worse quality and performance instead.
