Used Ariens 7524 Snowblower Value?
Looking at an Ariens 7524 snowblower, less than 10 hrs on it, purchased 3 years ago by original owner at HD for $760-799 range. Has the 7.5 HP Tecumseh engine. Don't want to overpay. My thought were, for it's shape (excellent), worth $350-400. What do you guys think? Apprecite your help!

Does it: have proper oil level?; have gas in the tank that doesn't curdle your nose when you smell it?; have electric start?; start easily and run well & not have to be run on part-choke?; auger control engage well?; wheel drive engage well and pull well on dry, driveway-like surface?;
Those are the things I look at when assessing a snowthrower I may consider for a trade-in at my shop.
